Instant Ice Cream Mix (Vanilla)

Sugar, Milk Solids, Corn Starch, Glycerol monostearate, Carboxymethylcelluloses.

• Set freezer to coldest temperature 30 minutes before preparing Ice Cream.
• Boil 500 ml milk and empty the contents of this pack to it and mix. Let the mixture boil for 3 minutes with constant stiring.
• Let the mixture cool. Pour it in a tray(preferably aluminium) but not to the maximum capacity. Put the covered tray in the freezer.
• Ice Cream will set in 2-3 hours, Remove the tray when firmly set, beat it with electrical beater for 3-4 minutes on high speed to give it a texture.
• Put ice cream back in the covered tray, freeze until the ice cream becomes firm or consistent.

• आइस क्रीम तैयार करने से 30 मिनट पहले फ्रीजर को सबसे ठंडे तापमान पर सेट करें।
• 500 मिली दूध को उबालें और इस पैक की सामग्री को निकालकर इसमें मिला लें। लगातार हिलाते हुए मिश्रण को 3 मिनट तक उबलने दें।
• मिश्रण को ठंडा होने दें। इसे एक ट्रे (एल्युमीनियम से बेहतर) में डालें लेकिन अधिकतम क्षमता तक नहीं। ढकी हुई ट्रे को फ्रीजर में रख दें।
• आइस क्रीम 2-3 घंटे में सेट हो जाएगी, ट्रे को मजबूती से जमने पर हटा दें, इसे टेक्सचर देने के लिए तेज गति पर 3-4 मिनट तक इलेक्ट्रिक बीटर से फेंटें.
• आइसक्रीम को वापस ढकी हुई ट्रे में रखें, आइसक्रीम को सख्त या एक जैसा होने तक फ्रीज करें।

• આઈસ્ક્રીમ તૈયાર કરવાની 30 મિનિટ પહેલાં ફ્રીઝરને સૌથી ઠંડા તાપમાન પર સેટ કરો.
• 500 મિલી દૂધ ઉકાળો અને તેમાં આ પેકની સામગ્રી ખાલી કરો અને મિક્સ કરો. મિશ્રણને સતત હલાવતા રહીને 3 મિનિટ સુધી ઉકળવા દો.
• મિશ્રણને ઠંડુ થવા દો. તેને ટ્રેમાં રેડો (પ્રાધાન્ય એલ્યુમિનિયમ) પરંતુ મહત્તમ ક્ષમતા સુધી નહીં. ઢાંકેલી ટ્રેને ફ્રીઝરમાં મૂકો.
• આઈસ્ક્રીમ 2-3 કલાકમાં સેટ થઈ જશે, જ્યારે આઈસ્ક્રીમ નિશ્ચિતપણે સેટ થઈ જાય ત્યારે ટ્રેને બહાર કાઢો, તેને ટેક્સચર આપવા માટે તેને ઈલેક્ટ્રિકલ બીટર વડે હાઈ સ્પીડ પર 3-4 મિનિટ સુધી હરાવો.
• આઈસ્ક્રીમને ઢાંકેલી ટ્રેમાં પાછું મૂકો, જ્યાં સુધી આઈસ્ક્રીમ મક્કમ અથવા એકસરખો ન થઈ જાય ત્યાં સુધી ફ્રીઝ કરો.
